Rooms were clean staff very helpful hot and pool kind of small but nice for relaxing we had to ask for small things that were missing but over all nice
This was my second stay here and overall it was a nice experience. I really appreciate that they provide a good breakfast, the hotel is clean, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was also very well maintained. The only drawback was that the rooms felt a bit stuffy, which may mean the carpets could use a deep cleaning or replacement. Aside from that, my family and I had a great time and would stay again.
If Jackie isn’t a manager, she should be. I’ve been to other holiday inns in the area that are more updated, with terrible customer service. Linden is 20 minutes, if that, from this hotel. Brand new hotel, but they don’t care if you’re a member or need anything. Jackie and her team here will do anything it takes to make sure your experience went well. The breakfast at this hotel was 5 stars in contrast to the Linden location. Woodbridge 6-10, west long branch 6-10, linden 6:30-9:30. The owner of that hotel cares about money and business. Woodbridge is a tad older, but the atmosphere and employees make it 5 star.
Clean, friendly service even when i check in at midnight. Room was clean and bed was so comfortable! Great centralize location off route 9.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful and kind. We arrived very late and where still able to get extra linens brought to the room. The continental breakfast had a nice spread and I love that it was from 6-10am. It gave our family enough time for our kiddos to sleep in but my husband was able to go down early for coffee and to eat.
Mr. Ali Farooqi was a wonderful man he just help us and his hospitality management. Speciality was such amazing and we appreciate we are very happy here to stay for a night and he help you a lot. Thank you so much Mr. Farooqi.
